We spent three days inside the Hendrick's Gin Palace at Girvan Distillery, on Scotland's Ayrshire coast — a private, rarely-seen home for one of the world's most distinctive gins. We sat down with Master Distiller Lesley Gracie, the creator of Hendrick's, in her lab to trace the brand's origins and her restless exploration of botanicals and flavour — and with Global Brand Ambassador Charmaine Thio, who walked us through how Hendrick's is made and built a series of cocktail serves in the Gin Palace bar.
